Second update on A1 pot roast: Im eating another serving of the pot roast for lunch today, and it seems much saltier than it was last night--maybe after sitting for 12 hours? Anyway, I always pre-salt my meats and let them sit on the counter for 30 minutes or so. I would not do that again with this recipe.
